The project involved the renovation of a 264,590 SF, 1960’s Denver office building (located one block from the Denver Convention Center) into a “Dual Brand” hotel featuring two Hilton Hotels brands (a 120 key Hampton Inn and Suites and a 182 key Homewood Suites). The first floor of the building has a common porte cochere with separate hotel entrances and a distinct division of brand public spaces and functionality. However, the operations and back-of-house of the brands are combined for efficiency. The basement includes large meeting facilities and break out rooms as well as a common hotel pool and fitness facility. The sub-basement provides for on-site guest parking which will be accessed by two car elevators (one in and one out) for valet only parking.
